These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and [Your Company Name] ("Quickappz", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Quickappz platform available at [your-domain.com] ("Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quickappz.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be inaccurate or used in violation of these Terms.
Quickappz provides a browser-based environment that generates LAMP stack (PHP, Apache, MySQL) application scaffolding from SQL schemas. Key characteristics of the Service:
Your Schema and any data you provide remain your exclusive property. By using the Service, you grant Quickappz only the minimal technical access necessary to operate the generation process within your session — no more.
You retain all intellectual property rights in your Schema and Generated Code. You are solely responsible for ensuring your Schema does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, on the date you subscribe. Prices are as displayed on our Pricing page and are subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until then, and any Generated Code previously exported remains yours.
Quickappz offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at billing@quickappz.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for renewals. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we have evidence of misuse.
We may change our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it affects their subscription.
We offer a 7-day free trial to new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to paid features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a plan. Trial accounts are subject to these Terms in full.

The Quickappz platform, including its name, logo, design, UI, underlying code, generation engine, and all related materials, is the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Quickappz does not review, validate, or guarantee the correctness, security, or fitness for any purpose of the Generated Code. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing Generated Code before deploying it in any production environment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUICKAPPZ, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO QUICKAPPZ IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quickappz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Generated Code or the applications you build; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to other users or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where changes are material, notify you by email or via a platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
