Quickappz is committed to addressing concerns and complaints raised by its users in a timely, fair, and transparent manner. This Grievance Redressal Policy ("Policy") sets out the mechanism available to users to raise complaints and the process by which Quickappz will address them, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules").

Quickappz reserves the right to reject complaints that are frivolous, repetitive, filed in bad faith, or intended to harass our team. Any abuse of this mechanism may result in appropriate action including account suspension.
